Howard Ochs, DMD
Since completing his residency at Emory University and graduating from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania Dental School, Dr. Ochs has been the go-to oral surgeon at his Queens office for the last 25 years. After joining the Wisdom Oral Surgery family, Dr. Ochs now practices at both our NJ and NY offices.
Dr. Ochs is an innovator when it comes to placing implants and an Ambassador for the Zero Bone Loss Concept. He specializes in full-mouth implant placement. utilizing cutting-edge digital workflows and technologies that enable your dentist to provide restorations with immediate loads. Your smile is his priority!
When Dr Ochs is away from the office he spends time with his lovely wife 3 children and 2 dogs. He enjoys outdoor activities and is an avid boater and a New York Mets and Jets fan.
LEADING ORAL SURGEON
Maria Dourmas-Papazaharious, DDS MD
Dr. Dourmas is our dual degree dynamo, and has both a dental degree and a medical degree from none other than Columbia University. She has spent time in Jersey City and New York but made her home in Fresh Meadows, NY. Her return to New Jersey has been long awaited.
Dr. Dourmas currently teaches one day a week at Brookdale University and loves teaching the next era of Oral Surgeons. She has won multiple awards from her residents and has glowing reviews from all of her patients.
Dr. Dourmas is a major part of the Greek Community and when she’s not vacationing with her husband and three children in Greece she enjoys spending time at the beach and having dinners with friends.

Vincent Michael Debitetto, DMD
Dr. Vince Debitetto is our newest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Wisdom Oral Surgery. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Dental School in the top 10% of his class, earning him a spot in the Matthew Cryer's Honor Society and OKU National Dental Society. He completed his OMFS residency at Weill Cornell Hospital where he served as Chief during his senior year.
Dr. Vince specializes in full-scope OMFS and performing wisdom teeth extractions, bone grafting, implant placements, full-mouth implant rehabilitation, sinus lifts, total joint reconstructions, and more. He embraces the digital workflow to enhance patient experiences while also improving surgical precision, accuracy, and predictability.
Dr. Vince enjoys exercising, golfing, tennis, watching sports, traveling, and exploring new restaurants when he’s away from the office. He’s a New York Giants and Mets fan and loves visiting the stadiums to watch games!
